This page describes what information Nore Haus collects, why, and what we do with it. We try to be brief and honest.
1. Who we are
Nore Haus ("we", "us", "the company") is a Vancouver, British Columbia-based designer and manufacturer of backyard thermal spa kits. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What we collect
We collect only what's necessary to respond to you and run our business:
- Contact information — name, email, phone number, postal code, and address — when you fill out a form on this site.
- Quote and configuration data — the kit, size, and options you select on the configurator, so we can quote your build.
- Usage data — basic analytics (pages visited, referring source, device type, approximate location) via Google Analytics and (if enabled) Meta Pixel. These help us understand how the site performs.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe, never stored on our servers. We see your name, amount, and the last four digits of the card.
3. What we do with it
We use information you provide to:
- Reply to your inquiry and prepare a custom quote.
- Coordinate site visits, installation, and ongoing service.
- Send you transactional emails related to your build.
- With your explicit permission, send occasional company updates.
- Improve our website and offerings (anonymized, aggregated only).
4. What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
- We don't share your information with third parties except as needed to deliver our service (e.g., Stripe for payments, an install partner for your install).
- We don't track you across the web after you leave our site.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use first-party cookies for basic site functionality and Google Analytics 4 for aggregate visitor stats. If you've enabled Meta Pixel, we may serve you Nore Haus ads on Facebook or Instagram. You can opt out at any time using your browser's "Do Not Track" setting or by emailing us.
6. Your rights
You can:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information.
- Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

7. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you're a customer or prospect, plus seven years for tax and warranty purposes. After that, we delete it.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security (encrypted connections, access controls, password-protected dashboards). No system is perfectly secure, so if you ever notice anything suspicious about your account, please tell us immediately.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and post a notice on our homepage for at least 30 days.
10. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. If you're in the EU or UK, additional GDPR rights apply — email us to invoke them.
