The cedar pairing
The pool-and-sauna pairing that makes the full hot–cold–rest ritual work. Western Red Cedar shell, Finnish stove, included in Kit 02 and Kit 03 — also available as a standalone install paired with any plunge.
Salt therapy · next to the sauna
A dry-salt therapy room built into the same cedar suite, right next door to the sauna. A halogenerator disperses pharmaceutical-grade salt into the air — the practice respiratory clinics, athletes, and European spa towns have used for a century. Salt-cave walls, cedar bench seating.
Pressurized recovery
Mild-hyperbaric oxygen-therapy chamber for accelerated recovery, sleep quality, and inflammation work. Installed as a separate room alongside the cedar suite for clients who want the full at-home wellness stack.
